It is the policy of Buy4Sports to guarantee total satisfaction with your purchase. All items which are returned in their original condition, as received, carry The Buy4Sports 14 day money back guarantee. (There may be charges for collection and delivery of such items.)

Faulty/Damaged Item?
...again simply return it within 14 days and we will send out a replacement or arrange for a refund as necessary. we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us by refunding your return postage costs. Please see 'Returns Authorisation' section below.
Returns Authorisation?
In all instances before returning a product you must obtain a Returns Authorisation Number. This must be done by forwarding us an email with following information to sales@buy4sports.co.uk

Reason for return (No Longer Required - Damaged - Wrong Item) - Unfortunately items cannot be accepted for refund if the item has been used.
Once we have reviewed your request to return an item we will confirm by email your Returns Authorisation Number and give instructions on what to do next.
Goalpost Returns
Should a goal need to be returned through no fault of Buy4Sports, a £20 return fee will be charged, which covers collection and return charges. Any goals that are returned in an unfit state will result in a refund being denied.
All items should be returned with your Returns Authorisation Number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Please ensure that you retain proof of postage just in case your item goes missing.
Once received by us we will check your return and if all is ok we will issue you a refund with 48 hours of receipt.
